1. Object**
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on the Shinju Fizz website.
2. Products**
The products offered are handmade jewelry, all unique and entirely handcrafted in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. Slight variations may exist between pieces, as each item is made individually.
3. Prices**
Prices are expressed in euros, VAT not applicable under Article 293 B of the French Tax Code. Shinju Fizz reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, the price displayed on the website on the day of the order will be the only one applicable.
4. Orders**
Any order validated on the website constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Shinju Fizz reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order that appears abnormal.
5. Payment**
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Payments are secure and processed via Stripe and PayPal platforms.
6. Delivery**
Deliveries are made to the address provided by the customer at the time of order. Delivery times are given for information purposes only and may vary depending on the chosen shipping method.
Shipping is free for orders over €150. Below this amount, shipping fees are calculated according to weight and destination.
7. Right of Withdrawal**
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a 14-day period from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason or pay any penalties.
8. Returns and Refunds**
Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all accessories. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of non-conformity or hidden defects.
9. Legal Warranty**
The products sold benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with the law.

11. Governing Law**
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, only the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
